Receive a Free Hard Copy Proof or PDF Proof

We understand that when you order a large volume of calendars, there is usually another person involved in the decision making process. Because of this, we have created a worry-free system which gives you a free proof copy of your designed calendar. Your proof calendar can be taken to your meeting for evaluation and feedback.

By default you will receive a free hard copy proof as this will show you our printing quality, trimming of the calendar pages, etc. But if you would like to bypass the hard copy proof to save on time, simply email info@createphotocalendars.com your order number and a request to email you a pdf proof instead of receiving a hard copy proof. We will then email you a pdf proof once we review your file which may take up to 36 hours.

After you receive your proof, you have 3 options:

Option 1:
You approve the proof and we print the original quantity ordered. For example you order 25 calendars, we send you a proof calendar (which is your actual printed calendar), and when you approve it we will go ahead and print 25 more giving you one free copy.

Option 2:
You need to make some revisions to the calendar. No problem, we understand that sometimes you won't get the calendar exactly the way you want it first time around. Simply make the changes to your calendar using the software, and reupload your files to us. Next we will email you a pdf proof for approval. If changes are still needed after the emailed pdf proof, we will email you a second and final pdf proof for no charge. Any additional pdf proofs after this point will cost $10 each. When you approve your calendar, we will print the original quantity ordered.

Option 3:
You dislike your calendar or you changed your mind. We will simply refund your order minus the cost of the one printed calendar and $5 shipping.
