Step 1: Create Your Calendar Download our free award-winning calendar creation software. The software will allow you to add your photos, captions, dates, imprinted text, border theme, to your calendar. You will be able to preview your calendar so you can see how it looks before we print it.
Step 2: Add sponsors to your calendar (optional) If you decide to add sponsors to your calendar, we recommend ordering one printed calendar for just $25.95 and you can take your printed calendar to local businesses to see if they want to sponsor a month. After you have your sponsors, you can easily add them using the software.
Step 3: Order and Upload your Calendar After you create your calendar, you can easily order and upload your calendar to us using the software. Simply click the "Order Calendar" button within the software and follow the instructions. Please allow up to 3 business days for printing and 1-5 days for shipping.
Step 4: Sell Your Calendars and Raise Money Sell your calendars at local gas stations, grocery stores, community festivals, companies that sponsored your calendar, gift shops, and more. Your customers will love them and you will raise money for your organization.

Step 1: Gather your Images and Dates
Gather the images you would like to use for your calendar. Note: If you don't have digital images and just have prints, you will need to use a scanner to create digital images from your prints.
Also determine if you would like to add personal dates, photo captions, and you also have the option of adding 4 lines of imprinted text and a logo.
Step 2: Order Calendar Creation Service and Calendars
After you gathered your calendar information, please order our calendar creation service. We will ask you for the information you have collected above.
After we receive your order, we will create your calendar within 1-3 business days and email you a pdf proof for approval. After you approve your calendar, you may order them from our website or call us toll-free 1-800-427-7610.
