What kind of equipment do you use to print my calendars?
We use professional high-quality digital printers that produce an exceptional, vibrant product.

What picture resolution do you recommend?
We recommend using images that measure in pixel size of 1600x1200 or greater. We have seen good results from pictures less than 1600x1200 but it depends on different criteria such as the lens on the camera, etc. Also any pictures taken from a 3 mega pixel or greater camera should have no resolution problems.

I want to order 3 calendars but they are all different. Can I get the quantity 3 pricing? How do I order?
No, your calendars must be exactly the same to get the quantity 3 pricing. The reason being is each calendar that is different, involves a different setup process. You must place an order for every calendar project you want to order. So if you have 1 calendar project named Smith Family and another named Grandparents Calendar, you will need to order both of these individually.

To order, please open one of your projects and click the order button. Now when you click the order button in step 1, this takes you to our website. Please add your first project to the cart, next click the "order calendars" link on the top right and you can add a second order, third, etc. This way you are ordering multiple projects thru the cart system, but will only be charged once for the $5 shipping. When your done ordering your multiple set of projects, please go back into the software an upload all of your calendar projects by opening them, clicking the order button, and then running step 2.

How do I upload my calendar files?
Please follow these instructions to get your calendar files to us:

3) Now click the "order" button and run just step 2.

I can't seem to get my files to you using the software. Is there an alternative method for me?
Please open "my computer" program and locate your C:/programfiles/ezphotocreations/pdf folder. Do you see a bunch of files in here? If not, you're running Windows Vista, please click the compatibility button at the top after you open the pdf folder.

Next select your pdf folder and right click it and click on send to compressed folder (zip). Now you will have one zip file that contains all your pdf files.

Next go to http://dropbox.yousendit.com/CreatePhotoCalendars and send us the zip file. Make sure to place your order number in the subject to help us locate your order.

How do I know if you have received my files?
Check here for an online update of the status of your order. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours to see a status change.

I'm concerned about your paper and print quality, what do you recommend?
If you order 20 or more calendars, we will ship 1 printed calendar to you for approval. If you approve it, we will print the remaining order. If you disapprove it, you will only be charged for 1 calendar and the rest of your order will be refunded. For quantities less than 20, we recommend ordering 1 printed calendar.

What are the exact image sizes the software uses?
Landscape images = 9.33"x6.98"
Portrait images = 4.5"x6.0"
Long Imprint images = 4"x1"
Square Imprint images =1"x1"

Also please allow a 1/8" bleed margin for full bleed image layouts as this will be trimmed.

When I run step 2 in the order calendar page, it seems to take a long time. How long should it take?
This depends on how many pictures you have in your calendar, the size of your pictures, your internet connection speed, etc. It could take 1 minute to 5 hours to send your calendar to us depending on these different variables.

I'm not getting any emails from your company?
We reply to every email we receive. If you don't see an email from us within 24 hours, please check your spam folder for it.

Why do you offer so many quantity discounts?
Most of our competitors will only give you a price break for only two quantity levels (1-30, 31+) We break down the pricing into more quantities to give you the best price for your quantity level.

Can you create my calendar, if I give you the images?
You must create your own calendar.

What types of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, MC, Checks, Money Orders, and Paypal.

My calendar contains adult nudity, is that okay?
We have a no nudity policy.

hat are your payment terms?
We need the payment in full before we will print your calendars.

Is online ordering secure?
Yes, we interface with Verisign which provides the industry standard encryption.

Can I add more than one photo per month?
Yes, the software provides you with many templates allowing you to add multiple photos per month.

What calendar finish options do you offer?
We currently offer one finish which is a standard gloss finish

Are the calendars printed full-bleed?
Yes, all layouts with the themed border are printed to the edge of the page and you will not have any white space around the edges. We also offer a template in the wall calendar, that prints your photo full-bleed.

I have a bunch of dates inserted into a excel file. Can I import these?
Yes, the software allows you to import events from a csv file which excel can create.

I'm not happy with my printed calendars. Can I get my money back?
Your calendars are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects. If defects are found, we will replace your returned calendars at no charge. This does not include image placement or quality, dates, verbiage or any other issues arising from items which are under the control of the calendar project creator. If you are concerned about our quality or you want to make sure you didn't make any mistakes, we recommend starting off by ordering just 1 calendar.

Shipping Charges?
Shipping cost is only $5 per order. It doesn't matter if you order 1 calendar or 1,000, $5 is your cost for shipping. We use two carriers, USPS and Fedex. The carrier we use depends upon how many calendars you order. Next day air delivery is available thru Fedex for an additional charge.

Do you double check my calendar files?
No, you are responsible for checking your calendars files making sure your photos, dates, captions, etc are correct. We also do not check for spelling errors or red-eye in photos. This is your responsibility.
