Willow was found hiding out under a porch back in October of 2014. Not only was she terrified and malnourished, she was also pregnant with 7 puppies (unknown at the time of her rescue). She was the sweetest, most kind little spirit and it didn't take her long to warm up to her new home. After giving birth on December 6, 2014 and sending the puppies off their new homes in 2015, Willow began her new adventure life! She loves riding motorcycles, paddle boarding, traveling, goating (climbing all over everything hence her nickname), playing in the snow, swimming, fishing, catching sunsets, chasing waterfalls, she does it all!

We are grateful for animal rescues and all they do to help abused and neglected animals find their new forever homes. This is our 3rd year selling Willy Goat calendars and raising money for for EARS. We raised $1,000 both years and are hoping to beat that this year! ). We are also hoping to raise more awareness on the importance of adopting homeless animals versus buying.

EARS is a local foster based animal rescue in Cattaraugus County dedicated to rescuing abandoned, abused, neglected and endangered animals. In the years since 2011, EARS has continued to work extensively with the local community, local Dog Control Officers, and expanded to include dogs and cats pulled from high kill shelters in rural Kentucky. They are a 100% volunteer organization relying solely on donations and support from the community the serve. Their volunteer base has grown to over 100 members have been fortunate enough to find homes for over 800 otherwise forgotten and abandoned animals yearly. It's important to note that EARS does not cherry pick- they take the hard cases; the animals other rescues pass over. They have also started a Prison Program to implement an inmate/foster dog program with the primary goal being more dogs socialized, well trained and subsequently adopted to their forever homes as well as to provide veterans with certified service dogs. They are also involved with Community Outreach Programs to raise awareness in the importance of spaying and neutering.
