DESCRIPTION
K9 Bane is retired from the St. Francis Police Department (WI) after a long and successful career with Detective Holly McManus. In 2022, he was diagnosed with a cruel and terminal disease called Degenerative Myelopathy (DM). DM is similar to human ALS and will eventually render K9 Bane paralyzed. For over 500 days, K9 Bane and Detective McManus have fought this disease with the help of K9 Bane's worldwide village.
