DESCRIPTION
We are a West Haven, CT based dog rescue. We are operated fully by volunteers. Toby’s Dream’s goal is to be able to rescue as many dogs as feasibly possible through fostering & adoption. All dogs deserve a loving forever home where they don’t need to worry about food, shelter, care & love.
We can only accomplish this mission through volunteers, foster homes & donations.
